The sanding sheet suction is for sanding sheet holders up to 25 mm wide. It fits with any 6 mm shaft. The suction's case has a tapered connection that works with hoses that have a 25 mm inside width. It goes into the sanding holder's shaft, and a spring keeps it tight between the case and the drill's grip. This makes sure it stays in place and doesn't slip out.
